Due to the the extensive functionality of our ObjectSight product, support is provided at various rates and in various forms. Our promise is to ensure an initial response for Premium support is made within 24 hours or the support will be free for the event. Premium support can be purchased on either a time basis or a support call/event basis. Please refer to the table below for pricing details.

In the event that a premium support call or email ends up pertaining to a defect in ObjectSight, no charges will be assessed.
Please note that clients will be informed on a regular basis how many hours of support are remaining .

We offer Web based training using MicroSoft NetMeeting to help our clients get started with the product. This allows us to directly interact with you over the phone, and see your desktop directly. These sessions are primarily structured to jumpstart your team, and to allow them to come up to speed as quickly as possible, without the expense of long distance travel.
